Then, Lauren completed her certification in K-8 elementary education through Upper Valley Educator’s Institute. With the arrival of her second child, she shifted her attention to mothering while also teaching art and ecology-based lessons to young children at The Fells in Newbury, NH.
After Skidmore College, Lauren worked in Proctor’s Learning Skills Department for eight years, where she established the strong roots of her philosophy and practice as an educator. in American Studies with a minor in Studio Art from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY.
